Circled by centuries old Live Oak trees crowned in Southern moss, our ceremony space known as “The Grove” has a fantastical, mystic energy. Facing the marsh, the congregants will witness the ancient tradition of marriage in a spectacular natural setting. Steps from the North Dock, lead your wedding guests on a procession to the waterfront through the fountains of River Front Park for celebratory cocktails and appetizers crafted by our culinary specialists
Yes. A professional wedding planner is required for all weddings and rehearsal dinners to ensure a seamless event experience.
We do require a planner/coordinator. We are happy to make referrals of people we enjoy working with and you are also welcome to hire your own coordinator. We simply ask that you have a professional so that you can enjoy your special day without any concerns.
Your planner and vendors will have access 4 hours prior to the event. Breakdown is allowed for up to one hour after the event.
We have a bridal suite on site that is available to rent 4 hours prior to the ceremony. The suite entrance leads out to the Grove ceremony site across the street. The groom/groomsmen normally get ready off site.
Typically brides extend the time frame to a 5th hour of rental. The venue cost is pro-rated.

We recommend hiring a dance floor for special lighting and effects but it is not required. The floor in the dance area in the Rowdy bar is hardwood.
