The Bridal Suite is perfectly situated to prepare for your ceremony. Room for up to 20 people, natural light pours in through the windows for hair and make-up. Let us serve you drinks and snacks as you prepare with your bridesmaids for your big day, Watch out the windows and see your guests arrive and take their seats. Steps away from your walk down the aisle of ancient live oaks
Yes. A professional wedding planner is required for all weddings and rehearsal dinners to ensure a seamless event experience.
We do require a planner/coordinator. We are happy to make referrals of people we enjoy working with and you are also welcome to hire your own coordinator. We simply ask that you have a professional so that you can enjoy your special day without any concerns.
Your planner and vendors will have access 4 hours prior to the event. Breakdown is allowed for up to one hour after the event.
We have a bridal suite on site that is available to rent 4 hours prior to the ceremony. The suite entrance leads out to the Grove ceremony site across the street. The groom/groomsmen normally get ready off site.
Typically brides extend the time frame to a 5th hour of rental. The venue cost is pro-rated.

We recommend hiring a dance floor for special lighting and effects but it is not required. The floor in the dance area in the Rowdy bar is hardwood.
