Our executive Boardroom is the perfect place for your top corporate meetings. Situated around an antique formal English dining room table, we provide a private, quiet space for your team to do their work.  Natural light pours in through the windows and we have audiovisual equipment to rent.  Break out meeting spaces are available along with dedicated catering services and cocktail and dinner options after your meeting.

FAQs

Yes. A professional wedding planner is required for all weddings and rehearsal dinners to ensure a seamless event experience.

We do require a planner/coordinator. We are happy to make referrals of people we enjoy working with and you are also welcome to hire your own coordinator. We simply ask that you have a professional so that you can enjoy your special day without any concerns.

Your planner and vendors will have access 4 hours prior to the event. Breakdown is allowed for up to one hour after the event.

We have a bridal suite on site that is available to rent 4 hours prior to the ceremony. The suite entrance leads out to the Grove ceremony site across the street. The groom/groomsmen normally get ready off site.

Typically brides extend the time frame to a 5th hour of rental. The venue cost is pro-rated.

Our venue accommodates:

  • Up to 100 guests for a seated dinner indoors
  • An additional 50 guests on the porch (seasonal)
  • Up to 200 guests for a standing reception (Full Club)

Yes. Our dock is available for cocktail hours and may be reserved for up to one hour.

Yes. We offer a dedicated ceremony location known as The Grove.

Yes. We offer ample onsite parking for guests and vendors.

Yes. Tours are available by appointment only from Tuesday -Thursday 11am-3pm. Please call (843) 471-1881 to schedule a visit.

We are an event venue that is open to the public.  We do not have a private membership

Yes. We offer both in-house catering and beverage services for your event.

We recommend hiring a dance floor for special lighting and effects but it is not required. The floor in the dance area in the Rowdy bar is hardwood.
