North Pier & Dock
 
The Daniel Island Yacht Club Operates Out Of The North Dock

Sailing Programs & Public Drop-off & Pick-up
No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on the Pier
A valid SC Fishing & Crabbing Licenses required, and must follow all DNR regulations. 1 rod and 1 crab pot per person-Crab pots must not be left unattended
No cutting bait on railing and no cleaning fish
No furniture allowed or beach chairs allowed (feel free to take them to the beach or park)
Foot traffic only, no motorized vehicles, bicycles, skateboards etc.
Must not impede foot traffic to and from North Floating Dock
No standing or climbing the railing
No jumping or diving off the pier
Must leave the dock clean and all trash removed 
The floating dock is for pick-up and drop off only from sunrise to sunset
Vessels can be tied up 15 minutes and the Captain must stay with the boat
No swimming or jumping off the dock
Children under 12 must wear a life jacket on the dock

South Pier & Dock

Rules for South Dock
Children under 12 must wear a life jacket on the dock
The waiting area for the Ferry is on the pier

Concert docking is available
It is for public mooring access and the Carefree Boat Club
Day Dockage is available for a fee, overnight docking is not permitted
Doors will be open by 8am and closed 15 minutes after sunset.
The hours of operation will change depending on the season. 
No Fishing or crabbing on either the pier, pier head or floating dock
No swimming or jumping off the dock
